Product Description
The outdoor fire hydrant is a water supply facility installed on the fire water supply network outside the building. It is mainly used by fire trucks to take water from the municipal water supply network or the outdoor fire water supply network to put out the fire. One of the important fire fighting facilities.
The above-ground type collects water on the ground, which is easy to operate, but it is easy to be collided and frozen; the underground type has good anti-freezing effect, but it needs to build a larger underground well room, and it is very inconvenient for firefighters to go to the well to collect water.
Outdoor direct-buried telescopic fire hydrants are usually pressed back below the ground, and pulled out of the ground to work when in use. Compared with the ground type, it can avoid collision and has better antifreeze effect; it is more convenient to operate than the underground type, and the direct buried installation is simpler. It is a very new type of advanced outdoor fire hydrant.
2) The outdoor above-ground fire hydrant should have a diameter of 150mm or 100mm and two hydrant openings with a diameter of 65mm. Outdoor underground fire hydrants should have 100mm and 65mm diameter hydrant openings.
3) The protection radius of outdoor fire hydrants should not exceed 150m, and the spacing should not exceed 120m.
4) The outdoor fire hydrant should not be more than 2m away from the roadside, and should not be less than 5m away from the outer wall of the house.
5) When the building is within 150m of the protection radius of the municipal fire hydrant, and the fire water consumption does not exceed 15L/s, the outdoor fire hydrant may not be installed.
6) The outdoor fire hydrants should be evenly arranged around the high-rise building, and should not be concentrated on one side of the building.
7) The distance from the outdoor fire hydrant of the civil air defense project to the entrance of the civil air defense project should not be less than 5m.
8) The outdoor fire hydrant of the parking lot should be set along the periphery of the parking lot, and the distance from the nearest row of cars should not be less than 7m, and the distance from the gas station or warehouse should not be less than 15m.
9) Outdoor fire hydrants should be set up in a location that is convenient for fire trucks to use.
